Construction water treatment plant for the removal of suspended solids and oil

These two stages were each carried out redundantly. The entire process has been designed to be frost-proof. In the next process step, the two wastewater streams are combined into a flow measurement and sampling template. The water flow then reached the pump receiver via an overflow, where it was pumped out into the sewer system via two redundant quality pumps.

In order to ensure fully automatic and safe operation, Harbauer GmbH used remote monitoring via alarm computer and process visualization.
